  • MónNatura Pirineus is located in a pollution-free environment (regarding light and atmosphere) where daytime and nighttime skies guarantee several educational activities related to astronomy. Come and take a look at the universe from the Valls d'Àneu.
    Due to this singularity, a daytime activity with the Solar Telescope for the observation of the chromosphere and nocturnal is carried out in the Interior Planetarium and the Astronomical Observatory (outdoors).
    The activity Viatja per les Galàxies (Travel through galaxies) consists of an interior part in the planetarium of our center, where a trip through constellations of both hemispheres will be launched comfortably with the aid of an audio-visual support. After that, the astronomical observatory awaits! With the help of powerful telescopes it is possible to observe stellar objects along the Pyrenean night... if the weather is nice.
    The observatory of MónNatura Pirineus is recognized as C29 by the UIA (International Astronomical Union) and both divulgation and scientific observation activities are carried out from there.
